Engine mount position on HR front end

by Banksy » Sat Mar 04, 2017 10:32 am

Hi all I realise this question has been raised many times, but I have no reference to work to.
I am putting a hr front end in my EH and have removed the HR engine mounts to reuse in the correct EH location.
I have no EH front end to reference.
Could someone with an EH please give me a dimension from the back of the head to the firewall and also the orientation of the rubber engine mounts, from memory the drivers side rubber mount bolts to the front of the engine mount plate, does the passenger side rubber mount bolt to the back of the engine plate??

thanks in advance

Oh well. Make sure position is spot on including the angle of the engine mount bolt holes. Any stretching or misalignment may make your rubber engine mounts fail prematurely.

Thanks Utility8 will do
Have been mucking around with this the last week
Just cut the tacked engine mounts off due to the angle of the rubber mounts not looking correct.
Trying to fit a supra 5 speed in a manual body is doing my head in :?

cheers
