If I were to get a HR front end, that has HT discs this means I need 14" wheels.

Will 7" wheels ie: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Holden-14-x- ... 3b4&_uhb=1

Will they fit on my EJ?

If you're running HT brakes, yes you will need to upgrade to 14" wheels.
They should bolt up, but the dish, (or offset), will determine if they will suit, particularly on the front of either an EJ or EH.

The original ones wont fit did some measurements.

Thanks I like those ones more actually. Can I be 100% sure they will fit ok on the EJ offset wise?

Perhaps message the seller and ask the backspace measurement,

I have some on my EH and work well.
