Very thorough job you are doing Ray. It is always good to see inside those box sections and make sure they get decent rust prevention.

Hi Chris.

Well had the van exactly 2 years next month...

I haven't really done too much more than the latest photos i uploaded here...

i have removed the sills, and about to unpick the top layer of the plenum. then i can get everything blasted... all the rust repairs are pretty well done.

once i get it blasted i can start reassemble..

i don't have any plans for the short term to finish the van, I never did have plans to even pickup a new project. This one just came up and the right price at the worst time. I'll do everything else I can do before it starts costing me money. lots of body work ahead. for example Im aiming for perfect (3mm) consistant panel gaps all around.. even it it means modding perfect good panels to achieve it.

I also have plans for a few very subtle changes around the body. If 90% of people don't notice the changes, ill will have achieved my goal.
