Small update from the weekend. Got the engine bay ready for paint( for the second time). Filled some holes and a bit of body filler. Taped and ready.

That will be next weekend's job weather permitting.And who said you couldn't fit an EH bonnet in an i30 hatch.

This weekend was paint time. Got colour on the front guards and stone tray.

After that some etch primer and Hi fill to the bonnet.

Lookin good. Love the colour. Starting to make me jealous and wishing mine was as far ahead as yours is. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Guys. The colour came about by accident. For a long time I had no idea what colour it was going to be. My wife got me a 1/43 model of a Jindabyne Mauve wagon and I was hooked.

Yes i do have some pics in members projects under My Peach. I have been fiddling around with a few things lately waiting for the body to go to the panel shop. Was supposed to be there now but have been held up by illness etc.
